At Pairvii Legal, the protection of client information is not merely a statutory requirement but a cornerstone of our professional ethics. All empanelled lawyers, hereinafter referred to as “Panel Lawyers”, are bound to adhere to the following principles governing the collection, handling, storage, and disclosure of client data.

Purpose and Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to all client information- oral, written, or digital, entrusted to Pairvii Legal and accessed by Panel Lawyers in the course of their engagement. It aims to ensure that sensitive client data is treated with the highest degree of confidentiality, integrity, and professional responsibility.

Exclusive Access Restriction

Client Data shall be accessible only to authorised personnel of Pairvii Legal directly involved in the matter and the specific empanelled lawyer formally engaged for that matter. No other individual, whether within or outside Pairvii Legal, shall be granted access to such data without the client’s explicit written consent and prior written approval from Pairvii Legal’s authorised officer.

Prohibition on Independent Use

Legal Associates are expressly prohibited from using client data acquired through Pairvii Legal for independent solicitation, personal gain, or any purpose unrelated to the assigned matter.

Breach of Policy

Any breach of this Privacy Policy shall be treated as professional misconduct and may result in immediate termination from the empanelment list, along with any legal consequences as applicable under law.

Acknowledgement

By accepting empanelment with Pairvii Legal, the Panel Lawyers affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Privacy Policy in its entirety.
